The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time:


All orders are processed between 10 and 14 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates:


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Palla ships to addresses within the Souh African boundaries, the shipping charges are calculated accordingly, therefor any shipment outside of our borders will have to be recalculated and billed accordingly.


Shipment to P.O. boxes and addresses only, we are not able to deliver to farms and certain rural areas.


Shipment confirmation and Order tracking:


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes:


Palla is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




Palla is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Palla makes use of public courier companies, therefore please contact them in such an event. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.




You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase attached to it.




Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.




You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for personal reasons. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Palla will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when an item was sent incorrectly on our behalf. If the item is returned in good order, you will receive a refund and the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
